Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All our dresses will be shipped via UPS ground service or USPS (United States Postage Service) with tracking service.  All of our shipments are sent with signature required.  This does not include insurance. We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items that have occurred in shipping.  If you would like to purchase insurance to cover damage or loss to your item during shipping please contact us. 

Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days after your order has been received.   

​Our shipping and handling fees including postage, tracking service and a small handling fee for packaging supplies.   

In the case of a refused delivery, or unable to deliver and/or subsequent failure to pick up within the allotted time period, the shipper will return the package to sender. In this case, shipping, handling, and any other fees associated with the delivery or payment, will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for failure to accept delivery. There will be an extra $180 administrative fee for returned orders.

The shipping and handling fees, insurance (if applicable), custom duties, brokerage fee, and any PayPal fee are not refundable.

Shipping international

We ship worldwide! Please contact us for International shipping quotations.

International items have to clear customs so this can occasionally cause a delay due to hold up in customs. Each country varies in their process and timeliness. It typically takes about 2 weeks for delivery but it can take up to 4 weeks or more. 

Import Duties, Fees, and Taxes: Buyer responsible for any duties, fees, brokerage fees or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package and when you return the items to us.


We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges.  Since duties and taxes vary by country, we are not able to supply an estimated cost.  Please contact your customs office for more information. 


 

Return & Exchange Policy

All items purchased directly from our retail store located in Boise, Idaho are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.

ONLINE PURCHASE
CHECK & TRY ON
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame.  It is normal for hand-made dresses to have slight variations.

Upon receipt of the goods at the transportation company, the buyer is obliged to check the Goods. Reclamation (claims) for manufacturer defects of the Goods must be filed by the buyer within 24 hours from the moment the Buyer receives the Goods. Lace Bridal will no longer be held responsible when the 24 hour period has passed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (not including special orders, on sale items and accessories)
You will need to contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving (signing for) the dress if you intend to return it.  We will issue a Return Approval number (RA#), and you will need to write this number outside the box below our address. The dress will then need to be shipped back to us postmarked no later than next business day, fully insured and be received within (6) six business days in the same condition as it was sent.  Tracking information needs to be provided on the same day it was shipped.  Once we have received the dress with RA#, we will inspect it to ensure the dress, accessories, sales tags, poly protector cover and garment bag are all in the same condition as when shipped.  The shipping and handling fees to you and from you to us, insurance (if applicable), custom duties, brokerage fee, and any PayPal non refundable service fee are not refundable. There will be an $80 restocking fee.

All sales are final after 24 hours unless a Return Approval Number (RA#) has been issued by Lace Bridal.  No refunds will be issued for items without RA#.

For international Brides: Buyer responsible for shipping and handling fees, any duties, fees, brokerage fees or taxes and PayPal non refundable service fee that are incurred during the delivery of your package and when you return the items to us.

CANCELLATION FEE (for in stock gowns through online purchase only)
Order cancellations: If the customer has made the payment, and would like to cancel the order before the item shipped is subject to $80 cancellation fees.

Pease ask your carriers about all their charges, for example, brokerage fees or any other necessary charges. Buyer responsible for the brokerage fees or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your package and when you return the items to us.

Lace Bridal do not accept any return of damaged, soiled or stained dresses.
The Buyer will be charged for the value lost due to damage/soil, and/or the cost of repair/dry clean, if repair is possible.

If you believe the item was damaged during shipping to you, please notify us of the damage immediately and keep all the packaging and send us pictures with a full description of the damage.

Do not use sharp objects when you open the box, take the dress out from the box gently and be delicate with it, taking care not to snag on jewelry, drag on the floor, or remove the tag before you say yes to the dress.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

No Returns or exchanges on Sale items.
No Returns or exchanges on Veils, Earrings, Hair accessories. Sales are final.

 

Often there may be variations in the way a dress appears due to camera angle, lens used or lighting conditions. Differences in the computer monitor that  the photos are viewed on may also influence how colors appear. Lace bridal does not accept returns based on these factors.

EASY EXCHANGE PLAN
(Do not apply on special orders, veils, earrings and accessories items)
We will gladly waive the restocking fee should you decide to exchange the dress for another one and purchase at least one dress from our collection.  All sales are final after 24 hours, exchange will not be accepted.
The Buyer will be responsible for additional shipping and handling fees and any other fees associated with the delivery or payment. 

 

SPECIAL ORDER

No return or exchange. Order cancellations are subject to forfeit of 50% of the total amount. Please contact us for details.


We are a bridal retail store that only sells a product or service to an individual consumer for her own use.
